12-HOUR EVENT

Team No/Name Names Score Position

01 Chris Tait/Tony Gazley 2070 1st Men Open
02 Jim Davidson/Penny Webster 2070 1st Mix Open

*Rogaining guidelines dictate that where two teams finish with the same score,
the team with the earlier finish time should be declared the winner.
In this case, due to an error in the control marking on the 12-hour competitors’
maps, one of the teams was so disadvantaged, and the ultimate scores were so close,
that the organisers deemed it equitable for both teams to be given the same score.
Both 12-hour teams considered this an appropriate result.
