Stunning area for Rotorua Rogaine

A Quick update on the HOT ROCS Rogaine Saturday 30th October.

Planning is well advanced. The Whaka Forest is truly a stunning area. Beautiful native bush (Even the Deer are present so close to town) Plantation pine trees and more tracks than you've had hot dinners. Some of the route choices will allow off track navigation, although most are on tracks from wide sealed Forestry roads to narrow, fern overgrown single tracks. There are a "Cluster" of controls buried deep in the Redwoods plus several very high pointerson top of some distant landmarks. You'll pass geothermal activity and some of New Zealand's most beautiful lakes.

There are 4 and 8 hour options, or you may wish to take a shorter route.
