Record Field for Heights of Winter Rogaine

Organisers have received a record entry for the Heights of Winter rogaine, to be held on June 14. There are 102 teams involving 270 competitors, including many from beyond Christchurch and North Canterbury. There are teams from Hawkes Bay, Hutt Valley, Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, Ashburton, Dunedin and Queenstown.

And for something completely different although in the same part of the country, results for the CUTC's Twenty-Four-Hour Walk (TWalk) are now on the CUTC website. It was won by "Lyttelton Lowlife" anchored by father and son Des and Duncan O'Regan, from "Seriously Flippant" which included NZRA committee memebrs Andy Buchanan and Dave Laurie, and "The Oldies" Peter Squires and Bill Kennedy.
