Outside Sports Win Fourth Epic

Haydyn Key and James McAlistar running as "Outside Sports" won the latest EPIC (Enigmatic Pseudo Insane Challenge) to come from the fertile imagination of Southern Traverse winner Bruce McLeod. This one was held around Bruce's hometown of Queenstown, and attracted 35 teams.

The results on the EPIC Website are accompanied by some comment about the popularity of controls: "17 took on the icy summit of Coronet and survived. 19 faced the Devil in his creek and won." And some of the cryptic clues are revealed: "34 To sway back and forth - Six balls in one - A neck breaking death - at the diamond corner" means "Rock - Over - Hang - at the Base"!

Bruce is threatening a "Pedal EPIC" for his next production.
