OCAD's CRT to convert ISSOM to ISSprOM, WITH COMMENTS CROSS REFERENCE TABLE to go from a recent ISSOM2007 file to the ISSprOM one. We call this a "vanilla" CRT as it doesnt contain extra user-added symbols, but the COMMENTS in it make it much easier to edit. You might choose this method if (a) you have lots of files to convert or (b) you dont have OCAD 12 or 2019 which have an easier convert function. (NB my computer thinks crt files are security certificates. I have provided it here as a text file. Before using it with OCAD you'll have to change the extension to crt.) Sep 2019

MAPsport's Hidden Symbols Description of a set of symbols to aid the cartographer behind the scenes. Such symbols are hidden on production maps. Many mappers use temporary symbols like these, the value of this is the consistency in symbol/colour numbering, and keeping clear of the "proper" numbers. 200X

NZ Topo50 Map Extents Supplied by Land Information New Zealand. There used to be a table on their website but has disappeared. Perhaps they think everything is seamless these days, but there are a number of times when we need to know the map ID, for example the imagery tiles use this in their naming convention. These are NZTM coordinates. Jul 2016
